About us.

It was on one fine afternoon of Sep-2019 where our journey with SMDC started by a single flyer handed by Kristin Nery while waiting for a train at Flinders station.  We started to invest in SMDC and joined the team as International Brokers and International Property Specialist. We sold more than 20 units by end of 2021 and looking forward to more.  

Our mission is to help other Filipinos and foreigners in Australia and other countries to see the potential capital growth by investing and buying SMDC properties that are located in prime locations, resort-styled amenities, hotel like lobbies and condominiums that are integrated with retail development and shopping malls.

Our team is based in Melbourne Australia providing excellent customer service, approachable and credible while partnering with an amazing team of the International Sales Director based in Mall of Asia (MOA) Pasay City, Philippines.
